How to create photos for an online consultation

Patients often send me their photos to expedite surgery planning. For such an online consultation by email, it is very important for me that the photos are of good quality, ideally taken by another person and not as a selfie. From the photos, I can find out exactly, which parts require surgery, thereby determining the extent of the procedure and the approximate price and method of anesthesia. Selfies often misrepresent the situation and do not show problematic body parts. Therefore, please carefully study the following diagrams, which include the most common parts of the body that we operate on, and prepare photos according to these diagrams.

Please note that it is also important to have good light without any additional shadow and smooth single color background, if possible (e.g. doors or wall).
